Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our smoke effects, shipping policies, and product safety.

How long do the smoke effects typically last?

Our smoke effects range in duration depending on the product size. Standard canisters typically last between 30 to 90 seconds, providing ample time for photography and videography sessions.

Are your smoke products safe for indoor use?

No, our smoke effects are designed strictly for outdoor use in well-ventilated areas. They emit smoke that can trigger fire alarms and may cause respiratory discomfort if used in enclosed spaces.

Do you offer expedited shipping for events?

Yes, we offer several expedited shipping options at checkout. However, please note that due to safety regulations, smoke products are classified as hazardous materials and must be shipped via ground transportation, which may affect delivery timelines.

Will the colored smoke stain clothing or surfaces?

If used at a safe distance (at least 3-5 feet), the smoke typically does not stain. However, if held too close to fabric or surfaces, the dye particles can leave a residue. We recommend wearing older clothing if you plan to be in the direct path of the smoke.

What is your return policy for unused products?

Due to the nature of pyrotechnic and smoke products being classified as hazardous materials, we cannot accept returns once the item has left our warehouse. If your product arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement.

Do I need a permit to use these at a public park?

Permit requirements vary by city and state. We strongly recommend checking with your local fire marshal or park authorities before use to ensure you are compliant with local ordinances regarding smoke effects.
