At Smoke Effect, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original, unopened packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

  Send your package back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
